I’m fortunate to partner with dent making teams to build enduring companies at Sequoia. Our partnerships endure from idea to IPO and beyond. For me, fulfillment comes from helping others achieve their full potential. I’m energized by founders with authentic ideas who have the guts and determination to change the world. Hard problems (Dropbox), the transformation of industries (Inkling, Qualtrics, TuneIn), and enormous green field opportunities (Domino, Hearsay) get me up in the morning. At the end of the day my goal is to be the entrepreneur’s first phone call.
