Anna-Maria Karl has taken up her position as Director Executive Search in the Stuttgart branch in June 2020. Before, she was Head of Global Talent Sourcing at Daimler until December 2019. In this function she was responsible for University Relations, Talent Scouting, Employer Branding, Digital HR Marketing and the global executive trainee program “INspire – The Leaders’ Lab”. After she studied law in Munich, Hamburg, Geneva and Ann Arbor, Michigan, she joined Daimler in 1995. During her career at Daimler she was Head of Legal of smart, Diversity Officer of Mercedes-Benz, Founder of the CSR-Initiative “Genius – the young knowledge community of Daimler” and responsible for “Academic Education”.
