Bio

Hi hi, I am Elysia and I specialize in Design Operations where I facilitate creativity and empower teams with a system and people-centric approach. My peers and managers have labeled me as a positive and empathetic leader, which allows me to be a great team champion, facilitator, and manager. At Adobe, I have helped develop systems for the Creative Jam team to scale their events from 50 participants to 2000, while increasing the event cadence. I built an effective onboarding system for all event partners and was part of the team developing and recruiting for a new engagement game show, The Perfect Match. In addition, I have led initiatives for the AIGA national organization as well as AIGA Colorado which improved succession planning, board retention, and event creation. This included Bordo Bello, which raised over $50,000 and worked with over 1000 artists during my tenure in leadership. I am an active community member in AIGA, DesignOps Assembly, and the Volunteers of America and live a life that involves constant learning, traveling, and trying new things. If there is a new challenge presented, I'm first in line to work out a solution.
