A third of all food produced in the world is wasted and this is unacceptable. The environmental and economical repercussions of this are huge, but we have the power to change it. As CEO of Too Good To Go, I get to lead a team of 1100+ talented Waste Warriors with an integral mission. We want to inspire and empower everyone to take action against food waste. Our first creation is a marketplace for surplus food saving millions of meals from going to waste. In this we work with 120,000 supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, hotels and any food retailer that has surplus food at risk of going to waste at the end of a business day. I love building things that matter and am driven by purpose, talented people, speed and personal development. I co-founded my first passion project Endomondo in 2007 - a fitness community with more than 35 million users across the world. Now, fighting food waste has become my next challenge.
