Since founding and selling RISE (healthcare startup, now owned by Amazon), my chief aim has been to find good people and inspire them to do what inspires them. Today I write, speak and teach about the changing world of work and what we do internally in order to succeed externally. My first book, Backable, was about how to move your ideas forward. My next book is about how to create true harmony between your work and your sense of well-being.
